Designed as a central openwork panel with oval-shaped citrine, baroque freshwater pearl and opal detail, completed by a finelink chain accentuated by freshwater pearls two shield-shaped panels and oval-shaped citrine drops.unsigned, attributed to Archibald Knox; length: 14in.

I do not think any expert would say other than it is definitely the design of Archibald Knox.
