Description: Alternative illustration for the story 'Bee Lore'. Calligraphy reads 'Bee Lore' (the title of the story). This is an alternative version of the 'Bee Lore' design that was not used in the final publication. The publication 'Manx Fairy Tales' by Sophia Morrison was first published in 1911 and reprinted in 1929 with title pages for each story illustrated by Archibald Knox.
