On 9th April 2018 a group from The Archibald Knox Forum celebrated Knox's 154th birthday by visiting places of Knox interest on the Isle of Man and then attending a dinner in the evening.
At the end of the meal a magnificent birthday cake was brought into the room and the images below show the fantastic work of Sally Humphries from Manx Artisan Bakes.
Most cake makers would have produced all the pictures on an edible ink printer. However, Sally handmade three of Knox's designs in icing - The 'Thrym" jardiniere, The "Bollellin" tray and a silver and enamel buckle which is in the Manx Museum.
Thanks once again Sally for your expertise and what must have been many hours of work.
