This is Page 17 of the bound volume of The Deer's Cry at the Manx Museum.
The belt or wrist band possibility mentioned for the previous 4 pages remains for Page 17 but the colours used in the illustration are quite different. Blue is the colour representative of The Virgin Mary in Catholic/Anglo Catholic art and Archibald Knox was an Anglo Catholic who worshipped at St. Matthew's Church when he lived in Douglas, Isle of Man.
