In May 2019 the Tynwald Honours Committee on the Isle of Man gave Archibald Knox one of the highest honours possible.
He was made a Manx Patriot of Honour for his outsstanding contribution to Manx life.
As a consequence his name is now on the Manx Patiots' Roll of Honour. It can be seen online but also on the wooden plaque inside the porch of the Royal Chapel at St John's.
The Honour can only be award postumously and only 26 have been created since 1600AD.
Below are photographs showing the Roll of Honour wooden plaque at St John's and also the photograph of Knox used on the Manx Patriots' Roll of Honour on Youtube.
