This is Page 43 of the bound volume of The Deer's Cry at the Manx Museum.

The same yellow and greys as Page 42 and the same design as the dragon-like wings on Page 39. Therefore, Knox is illustrating the work of demons and the poisoning effect of all these negative things - false prophets, black laws of heathenry and false laws of heretics.

The words in the above paragraph are just my personal and subjective thoughts. Knox must have had so many ideas and thoughts behind this page and the other pages which, perhaps, we will never know.
